Shipping policy

We strive to get your product to you swiftly!
All of our orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1 to 3 business days  Worst case scenario, we receive a surge on a particular product (this has happened!), they will take an additional day or 2, however we will communicate with you.  If you place an order over the weekend, we aren't back until Monday morning to begin shipping out orders again.

We ship through UPS and USPS and offer various options from those two carriers.

During holiday and peak times, there could be a slight delay as we try to catch up from big weekend sales, but we never get more than 1 to 2 days behind.  We know how important it is to receive your purchase! We will always communicate with you!

Sometimes USPS doesn't scan packages like they should, we advise you hang tight and keep an eye on it as tracking usually updates quickly.

Lost packages - if tracking shows something lost in transit (not delivered), we usually give it 10 days.  At that point, we can send again.

Lost packages - if tracking shows something confirmed delivered but you don't have it, we ask that you check with neighbors, contact USPS / UPS for more information, and give it 10 days.  They often show up!  We are happy to send again after giving it the due diligence.  Please note, if something is stolen off your porch, we will need camera Ring footage or a police report to do a refund.
